Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager with over €2 trillion in AUM, has partnered with Spiko to launch the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (SAFO) — a UCITS-compliant tokenized fund built on the Solana blockchain and optimized for cash and collateral management.
The fund is structured around fully collateralized total return swaps, giving institutional and retail investors within the EU regulatory framework direct exposure to a Solana-native product. UCITS compliance is a critical threshold: it opens the fund to distribution across 30+ European markets without additional local authorization.
