Zama Acquires TokenOps to Bring Fully Homomorphic Encryption to Institutional Token Distributions!

Zama, the Paris-based FHE cryptography company, has acquired TokenOps — an enterprise token lifecycle platform that has processed over $2 billion in distributions — to bring Fully Homomorphic Encryption to institutional vesting, airdrops, and cap table operations on public blockchains including Ethereum and Solana.

The strategic case is built on a concrete data point: roughly 90% of tokens underperform the market within 30 days of a transparent release, with average price drawdowns hitting 17% within 72 hours of major supply shocks, per Keyrock analysis cited by Zama.
