UNI slipped from rank 33 to 37 on an 8.5% 24h price drop, AAVE fell 50 to 53 at -7.7%, and SKY drifted 52 to 55. LIT (Lighter) rounded out the laggards at 93 to 98 on a 7.7% slide. Three of the top DeFi protocols by market cap moving down together is the kind of correlation the majors-anchored top 10 hides.
What's climbing instead
BEAT (Audiera) posted the cleanest move of the snapshot — rank 58 to 52 on a 17.7% 24h gain, the largest single-session percentage gain in the top 100. SHIB added three ranks quietly, M (MemeCore) matched it at +3, and PI (Pi Network) rounded out the gainers alongside Pump.fun derivatives exposure.
The angle
Top 10 stability masked a clean thematic rotation: legacy DeFi gave up rank to memecoin and AI-narrative names, with no top-10 boundary activity to anchor attention elsewhere.
