How Zipp handles refunds for advertising services and subscriptions, including timelines, eligible cases, and how to request one.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Zipp (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing any service or subscription on Zipp, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
All purchases on Zipp are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Due to the nature of digital services, advertising placements, and real-time campaign execution, refunds are generally not available once a service has been scheduled or delivered.
2. Advertising Services
2.1 Before Campaign Approval
If a campaign has been purchased but not yet approved or scheduled, you may request a cancellation and refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
2.2 After Campaign Approval
Once a campaign has been approved, scheduled, or published, it is non-refundable.
This includes:
- Sponsored placements
- Telegram or X posts
- Banner or homepage placements
- Newsletter features
2.3 Campaign Issues
If there is a verified issue caused by Zipp (e.g. incorrect placement, technical failure), we may offer:
- A replacement placement, or
- A partial refund (at our discretion)
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
3.2 Exceptional Cases
Refunds for subscriptions may be considered only if:
- You were charged due to a technical error
- You were billed after cancellation
All such cases are reviewed individually.
4. Payment Methods
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method:
- Card payments: refunded to the original card
- Crypto payments (e.g. USDT, USDC): refunded to the provided wallet address
Note:
- Network fees may be deducted from crypto refunds
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the provider
5. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Services have been misused
- False claims are made
6. How to Request a Refund
When requesting a refund, please be ready to provide:
- Your account email
- Campaign or order details
- Reason for the request
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
