NoOnes has entered withdrawal-only mode weeks after telling users that an EU sanctions listing did not affect the platform. The P2P marketplace, which served more than 2.5 million users over three years, shut its trading on Aug. 21 at 11:59 p.m. UTC and is now urging customers to remove their full balances no later than Sunday, Aug. 23.
