Tom Lee's Bitmine has added another 106,200 ETH — roughly $244 million — to its staking position, bringing the firm's total staked holdings to 3,920,445 ETH, valued at approximately $8.97 billion at current prices.
That staked tranche represents 77.2% of Bitmine's entire ETH holdings, a remarkably concentrated on-chain commitment for an institutional vehicle. Locking the majority of a multi-billion dollar position into validators signals high conviction on Ethereum's long-term yield and network security model, not a short-term trade.
The scale of Bitmine's staking program puts it among the largest single institutional stakers on the network, and continued accumulation at this pace could meaningfully tighten liquid ETH supply on secondary markets.
