Canton Drops Five Ranks as Stablecoin Tokens Climb

Canton was the sharpest top-100 faller in CoinGecko’s 24-hour comparison, dropping five places to #28 as of 09:00 UTC on 15 Oct 2026. Against that weakness, several dollar-linked tokens gained rank despite flat or slightly negative prices.

Weakness at the top of the movers

Canton (CC) fell from #23 to #28, alongside price declines for SKY (−7.7%), LIT (−10.2%), AAVE (−5.6%) and WLD (−6.2%). The strongest rank gains were more muted: USDF and OUSD each climbed five places, while EURSAFO advanced three. Their price changes ranged from −0.2% to +0.2%, underscoring that rank movement did not require a positive daily price move.

Two assets entered the top 100: PYTH at #96 and AKE at #99. PRL and ETHFI left the list; notably, PRL’s price rose 17.2% over the period despite its exit. No top-10 boundary changes occurred.
