Tokenized $STRC — Strategy's perpetual preferred stock carrying an 11.5% annual dividend — is now live on Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana through Ondo Global Markets. The launch marks one of the more concrete examples of a real-world yield instrument being made accessible on-chain across multiple networks simultaneously.

Perpetual preferred stock with a fixed yield has historically been the domain of institutional fixed-income desks. Bringing it to three major chains via Ondo opens the instrument to a far broader set of holders who can now access the monthly dividend stream without touching traditional brokerage infrastructure.
