On-chain investigator ZachXBT has publicly alleged that a significant share of trading volume on decentralized exchange Tokenlon originates from illicit sources — including romance scams, human trafficking, investment fraud, and Chinese underground markets. He named the platform's co-founder directly and warned that unspecified future "actions" may target both Tokenlon and its parent wallet app ImToken.

ZachXBT broadened the call to action beyond Tokenlon, flagging Butter Network, HiFiSwap, and Bridgers/SWFT as additional platforms he claims handle illegal fund flows and should be prioritized by enforcement agencies.

The allegations are unverified by regulators at this stage, but ZachXBT's track record of on-chain forensics has previously preceded formal enforcement. The named projects have not publicly responded.
