Tellor Tributes (TRB) is the native utility token of the Tellor protocol, a decentralized oracle network built primarily on Ethereum. Tellor addresses a key limitation of on-chain smart contracts: their inability to directly access off-chain information. The protocol enables any party to request a specific real-world data point, such as an asset's price, and allows network participants, referred to as miners, to compete to supply and record that value on-chain.
