Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zippfeed.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Turan Can Ekmekçi, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye trading as "Zipp" ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. By using it you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may browse the Service without registering. Some features require an account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is irreversible and is processed within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

3. Nature of the Service

Zipp is an automated cryptocurrency news aggregator. We collect, summarise, translate, and republish content from third-party sources (RSS feeds, public Telegram channels, public X/Twitter posts, public web pages, and YouTube transcripts). The Service:

• Is provided for informational and educational purposes only;
• Does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice — see our Disclaimer for details;
• Aggregates and presents content from sources we do not own or control; we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of source material;
• Is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or any related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service except via our published APIs, MCP server, or RSS feeds, in accordance with the rate limits and acceptable use stated there.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to interact with the Service beyond what a reasonable human user would do, except for compliant crawling of pages we mark as crawlable in robots.txt.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service (DoS, DDoS, fuzzing, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or unlawful material.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the original written commentary, summaries, translations, design, code, brand assets, and the Zipp name and logo — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Service or included content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law (e.g., fair use, fair dealing, quotation rights).

Source material that we aggregate remains the property of the respective original publishers. We display source attribution and link back to the original where reasonably possible. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with sufficient detail (URL, claimed work, contact information, statement of good faith) so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the disputed content.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service displays content from third-party sources and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sources or websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or business practices. Your interaction with any third-party content or website is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by display advertising, primarily delivered by Google AdSense and other ad networks. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• Ads will be shown to you in accordance with your cookie consent preferences (personalised ads only if you have granted the marketing category).
• We do not endorse the products, services, or claims of any advertiser. Your interaction with advertisers (including purchases) is solely between you and that advertiser.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any dealings with advertisers featured on the Service.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information made available through the Service, including price data, market commentary, on-chain data, or summaries of source material.
• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, complex, and high-risk. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, and you should consult a qualified, independent professional before making any investment decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Turan Can Ekmekçi (trading as Zipp), its affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed one hundred Turkish lira (₺100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turan Can Ekmekçi (trading as Zipp), and our affiliates and agents, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any content you submit to or through the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your settings. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan Courts (Çağlayan Adliyesi) and Enforcement Offices, Türkiye, save for any non-waivable rights that consumer-protection or data-protection law grants you in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for registered users, notify you by email and require re-acceptance on next login. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
