USDQ Quantoz USDQ Rank #1577
USDQ is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Quantoz Payments BV, a Dutch Electronic Money Institution supervised by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). It has been structured for compliance with the European Union's MiCA framework, with its whitepaper filed as an Electronic Money Token (EMT) with the Dutch Financial Authorities (AFM). The token is issued as an ERC-20 asset on the Ethereum blockchain, allowing it to operate within the broader Ethereum-compatible ecosystem, and it reaches trading venues through authorized primary market brokers. Its stated function is to supply regulated US dollar liquidity for trading and arbitrage activity across European crypto markets. To meet prudential requirements, every USDQ in circulation is backed at a ratio of at least 102 percent by US dollar reserves. Those reserves are held by Stichting Quantoz, a bankruptcy-remote foundation that is itself prudentially supervised by the Dutch Central Bank, and are custodied in accounts at systemically important banks along with highly liquid US Treasury bonds.
