Pieverse is building an agent-native payment infrastructure for a future where humans, AI agents, and machines transact autonomously. Current Web3 payment systems are still constrained by gas fees, fragmented workflows, limited auditability, and insufficient compliance support. These limitations make it difficult for automated agents to perform high-frequency or real-world financial interactions at scale. To solve this, Pieverse introduces the x402b protocol, an extension of Coinbase’s x402 standard that enables gasless, HTTP-triggered stablecoin payments using pieUSD. Each transaction automatically produces an immutable, compliance-ready receipt stored on BNB Greenfield, meeting standards such as GAAP and IFRS. Combined with Pieverse’s timestamping layer—including invoices, receipts, and programmable checks—these features transform payments into verifiable on-chain financial proofs.
