KULA Kula

Kula is a blockchain-based governance protocol designed to channel investment into real-world infrastructure and development projects. Built within the Avalanche ecosystem, the platform was launched in April 2022 by a distributed team operating across Asia, Europe, and North America. Its stated mission is to broaden equitable participation in tangible infrastructure while leveraging distributed-ledger technology to align community interests, improve transparency, and make more efficient use of shared resources. At the centre of the protocol is the KULA governance token, which serves as a means of storing and transferring value and grants holders the ability to participate in project-level decision-making. Beyond its own governance framework, Kula provides modular, white-label services that allow organisations to design custom tokenomics and governance structures suited to particular use cases. The project is positioned at the intersection of energy, real-world assets, and decentralised governance, aiming to bridge on-chain coordination with physical-world project funding.
